The simplicity of my grilled pesce spada (grilled swordfish) with extra virgin olive oil drizzled on top with a squeeze of lemon & freshly chopped parsley….was absolutely perfect paired with a glass of local Calabrian wine. Buon Appetit, Tra Di Noi
