The smell of walking into a pizzeria in Italy awakens every sense in my body. My favourite pizza for sure, is the bianco with fresh arugola, prosciutto crudo and mozzarella di buffalo. The pizza dough is flaky, thin and cooked to perfection & topped with arugola, prosciutto and fresh mozzarella di buffalo on top!!! The tangy zest of the arugola mixed with the salty prosciutto topped with the creamy mozzarella di buffalo…IS PERFECTION!!! If you are not familiar with mozzarella di buffalo, let me tell you IT IS A MUST, it is so creamy and the texture is like no other!
